Terms Of Service

These terms apply to work carried out by AAA Water Tank Cleaning Services, B-13, DDA Market, NSP Police Station Road, Pitampura, New Delhi – 110034. Last updated July 2026.

Quotations

We quote a fixed price before work begins, based on tank capacity, type and access. Two things can change a quote, and both are stated before you book, never after: access above the fourth floor without a lift, and tanks requiring extended extraction or descaling because they have not been cleaned in several years. Surveys for societies, commercial premises and large properties are free.

Scheduling

We work Monday – Sunday, 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Same-day slots are usually available if you call before noon. If we cannot attend a confirmed slot we will tell you as early as we can and reschedule at your convenience.

Access and site conditions

You are responsible for providing safe access to the tank, a working electrical point for our equipment, and permission from the building owner or society where required. If access is unsafe — an unstable roof, an unsecured parapet, or a structurally compromised tank — we will stop and tell you why rather than proceed.

What the service includes

Drain and water recovery where possible, vacuum extraction of sludge, high-pressure jet wash, food-grade anti-bacterial disinfection, refill, and before-and-after photographs. Nobody on our crew enters your tank as part of the standard process.

What is outside our scope

• Plumbing repair, pipe replacement and pump work
• Civil repair of cracked tanks, sump walls or covers
• Laboratory water testing (we coordinate sampling; the lab issues the report)
• Any pre-existing structural defect, which we will report but not repair

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless separately agreed. Commercial and society invoices are raised with GST against GSTIN 07**********1ZV. Annual contracts are invoiced per the contract schedule.

Annual contracts (AMC)

AMC rates are locked for the contract period and do not change if a tank turns out to require more work than expected. Contracts are cancellable with 30 days notice, with unused rounds refunded pro rata.

Liability

We carry responsibility for damage caused by our crew or equipment during the work. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, for failures of plumbing or fittings that were already deteriorated, or for water quality issues originating upstream of your storage — for example municipal supply or a corroding pipe run, which we will identify and report rather than silently clean around.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with a job, contact us within seven days and we will inspect and, where the fault is ours, re-do the work at no charge.
