Water Tank Cleaning in North & North-West Delhi — A Local Guide
Pitampura, Rohini, Shakurpur, Ashok Vihar and the Ring Road belt — our home ground, and what water is like here.
Our workshop is on NSP Police Station Road in Pitampura, so this is the zone we know best and reach fastest. It is also a zone with a very particular water profile.
What the water is like here
North-west Delhi runs on a mix of DJB supply and borewell, and the mix shifts by colony and by season. Rohini and Pitampura sectors are largely DJB-fed with reasonable pressure; Shakur Basti, Narela, Bawana and Burari lean much harder on groundwater, which means noticeably higher hardness, more iron and faster scale build-up.
Practically: if your building runs on borewell for any part of the year, treat four months as your interval rather than six.
Areas we cover from Pitampura
- Pitampura, Shakurpur, Shakur Basti, Rani Bagh, Keshav Puram
- Rohini (all sectors), Prashant Vihar, Netaji Subhash Place
- Ashok Vihar, Model Town, Civil Lines, Kamla Nagar, Wazirpur
- Paschim Vihar, Peeragarhi, Punjabi Bagh
- Narela, Bawana, Burari, Timarpur, Mukherjee Nagar
The dominant housing type
Builder floors and DDA flats, which means shared underground sumps and individual terrace tanks. As covered elsewhere on this site, that combination produces the most common failure in Delhi: everyone cleans their own tank, nobody cleans the sump, and the sump refills the tanks with silt within a fortnight.
Typical rates in this zone
| Job | Rate |
|---|---|
| 1,000 L terrace tank | ₹899 |
| 2,000 L tank (kothi) | ₹1,499 |
| Shared building sump | ₹1,500 – ₹2,200 |
| Whole builder floor building | Combined rate — ask |
| DDA flat block, society round | Survey-based |
Same-day availability
North and north-west Delhi generally get a same-day slot if you call before noon. We are open 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days, and this is the zone where that matters most — most of our early-morning slots go to buildings within a few kilometres of the workshop.
